Russian president Putin along with some members of his administration were doing a "meet the common folk" thing in cremlin when Vladimir Vladimirovich suddenly decided to talk to a six-year-old boy from the crowd, asked him a few quick questions and for some strange reson ( I guess in the spur of the moment) decided to LIFT THE BOY'S SHIRT AND KISS HIM IN THE STOMACH?
