A very very weird PR move for Vladimir Putin
Russian president Putin along with some members of his administration were doing a "meet the common folk" thing in cremlin when Vladimir Vladimirovich suddenly decided to talk to a six-year-old boy from the crowd, asked him a few quick questions and for some strange reson ( I guess in the spur of the moment) decided to LIFT THE BOY'S SHIRT AND KISS HIM IN THE STOMACH? What was V V thinking at that moment is a mystery...

Maybe some russian habit?
To Americans of course it must seem like child abuse.
Remember the case of the young boy who helped his younger sister to pee and was charged for sexual harassment.
I grew up in Russia and don't remember ever seeing grown men try to kiss little boys in the stomach.
