Hazing is still rampant in the Army. Hopefully things will change once the Russian Army turns Professional-only and draft will be banned.

Oh this makes me angry. Considering these guys are drafted, it is like leading a lamb to the slaughter if they are not of the personality type for the Army in the first place.
